| Material | Participants will have to take their own laptop and verify their connection to eduroam wifi. We will provide a tutorial so that the participants can install R and Rstudio before the training. |

The training will take place as follows :
First day
Introduction to R and Rstudio
Basic concepts and commands in R
Data import and export
Data manipulation
Data visualization
Second day
- Introduction to tidyverse and ggplot with Esquisse
Introduction to Rmarkdown for scientific reports
Manipulation of several data tables or your own data set (csv or xlsx) if wanted
The formation will alternate between presentations and practical manipulations. The program may vary depending on the progress during the training.
