You're planning a collaborative project that requires bioinformatics or biostatistics expertise, Bilille can be your partner.

Our team can provide scientific expertise during the grant proposal phase, help you choose appropriate methods, and determine human resource requirements. Throughout the project, we will supervise and train contract staff, and provide them with the necessary technological and scientific support.
We can also connect you with other platforms or research teams as needed.

Bioinformatics is a very active field which requires permanent scientific watch and regular trainings to keep competences up to date. Bilille organises training courses to enable researchers, engineers and PhD students to develop their skills according to their needs and interests. See the Training section to access the list of our trainings.

Bilille provides to the academic community high-performance computing resources through an Openstack cloud, hosted and administrated by the Université de Lille mesocenter. Bilille will help you in accessing these resources with dedicated technical support and pre-configured environments.

By accessing the cloud resources through Bilille, you can also access to pre-configured environment with a range of bioinformatics and biostatistics tools and softwares to analyse your own data by yourself.

Depending on the Bilille expertise and availability, support in using these tools can be provided.
