New direction for Bilille

New scientific and technical heads.
From the 1st of March, Bilille's executive committee will be organised around:
- Ségolène Caboche and Jimmy Vandel as scientific co-heads;
- Mamadou-Dia Sow as technical head.
This new organisation will enable us to better manage the platform's growing staff and expand our expertise.
